What do you do if you’ve got a ton of Doctor Who knickknacks, a bare Christmas tree, and a cat named Pandora? You create the ultimate Doctor Who cat toy! (This little corner of heaven is where Pandora is spending most of the month of December.)
Here’s how I created my Whovian Christmas decor…
So, what fun/nerdy/offbeat theme did you decorate with this Christmas?
Comments on How I created Christmas, Whovian-style
I have a nightmare before Christmas decorated tree (with a Christmas Elmo on top, just because)
And I converted a Nightmare snuggie into a tree skirt and 3 stockings
This made my Christmas. Thank you for being who you are 😀
I love it, truly I do!
But there is absolutely no way a weeping angel would enter my house, much less find itself perched atop my tree. Why don’t we just add some children in gas masks and make it the Christmas tree of my nightmares? 😉 I am always amazed at the power of Doctor Who to make me totally flip out.
We have an awesome Bast statue that my husband picked up in Egypt when he used to travel for business there all the time.
After we watched that episode, we were creeped out by that statue, because its a similar style as the Weeping Angels are in the show. Supermega heebie-jeebies: ACTIVATE!
awesome! WHERE did you get the weeping angel topper? I was just talking about how I want one! happy holidays. Kate
I found it on e-bay. They don’t sell the serene angels any more. They only sell the attack angels.
For some reason (probably that I watched the Grinch the other day) I thought this would be about the Whos in Whoville! Haha! Very neat idea though.
