I found this amazing home for sale in Snohomish, Washington.

Snohomish? More like Snohom-YES I WANT TO BUY THAT!

The house is apparently called The Pyramids.

It’s the coolest house you will see today (or maybe ever?)… And it WILL make you want to move to northwest Washington.

From the real estate listing

The Pyramids: Perched on 6+ acres on a bluff overlooking the valley & the Pilchuck River (which runs thru a corner of the property)…

The handcrafted interior is a piece of art with pole construction. It was designed by David Turner AIA in 1976. The two pyramids are connected by an atrium/greenhouse. Bring your imagination, your contractor and/or roll up your sleeves & be ready to re-invigorate this unique architectural specimen deserving of renovation. A wonderful Private Sanctuary Retreat!

Also, I know what you’re thinking right now, and yes, the interior is exactly what you hope it will be. Cozy-ass-cabin woodland wonderland-esque…

I will ALWAYS lose my shit over a vintage central fireplace.

I will also lose my shit over floor-to-ceiling windows that look out over lush woods. So there shall be a lot of shit-losing in this post...

Looks like the most amazing place to relax and watch TV... sure!

Except, no wait, I'd rather sit THERE and watch whatever is out of those windows... like... FOREVER!

And yeah, I would eat a meal or two in that dining room.

OMG! How is this even part of a real home that you can buy for real? It's so fucking awesome! And it's just a hallway. (I warned you there will be massive shit-loss-age.)

Although I'd like to set my bed up right fucking here. Thankyouverymuch.

This amazing home is for sale for $400k, and if we all pitch in, maybe we can all go in on this together and make this the Snohomish Pyramid House for the SnoHomies!

Comments on The cozy-ass-cabin pyramid house that will make you want to move to Snohomish

  1. We will be starting a massive gut renovation on our house this spring. Now I want to toss our plans and redesign to be a cozy woodland pyramid. If only I can figure out how to do that in the middle of DC.

  2. Legit just sent this link to my mom and dad, who are looking to buy a second home in the Seattle area… They had their heart set on a houseboat around Lake Union or Lake Washington, but I’m going to beg them to go with the pyramid!!! ✨ Plus, my sister AND my mother-in-law both live in Mukilteo… Snohomish is minutes away! It’s perfect!!! *currently planning an amazing 4th of July BBQ at the pyramid house*

    • Yes it is. But looking at the windows, single pane, with water problems, that is just the start. lol Also we learned in the last couple of years bluffs out north are not very stable. It’s a really cool place, for someone with $$ to maintain and update. lol

  3. Excuse me a minute while I go pick my jaw back up off the floor. That hall … I want to build a hall like that in my house. It won’t lead anywhere but I would just lay in it all day and watch clouds and nature.
