I so dig anything Netflix-shaped. You get all the enjoyment of having nice things, with the added bonus of SHARING with everyone else using the service instead of stock-piling a bunch of stuff and then forgetting to actually enjoy it. 3 agree Reply I know, right? I'm such a Netflix fangirl that as soon as I made that comparison I was like, "Well SHIT. We HAVE to do this!" Also I am seriously in love with the artists I featured in this post. They have a great, great stable. 2 agree Reply I particularly love that you are pretty much paying towards original art as well. I LOVE THIS. 2 agree Reply This is possibly the coolest thing I've ever heard of in my life. I'd much rather do this than netflix. Reply I can't believe I haven't heard of this, how freaking fantastic! Reply But is this available internationally? I couldn't find anything about shipping outside the US (say, to Australia) Reply I'm thinking no. With frames, shipping would be RIDICULOUS! Reply I checked in with TurningArt, and the short answer is "Not yet." Reply i sweat the crap out of this concept. GENIUS!!! 2 agree Reply This is way better than netflix. You don't have to worry about your mailman installing your art in his apt before finally giving it to you a week later. Yes, I'm talking about you Pablo on the Riverdale route. Skip Netflix, Go TurningArt. Reply Interesting concept. I didn't see any photography options on the site though. Reply Wow. Best idea EVER. Everything about it. My boyfriend and I just moved to a new apartment (the old one was mine alone before he moved in) and he wants to make this place feel like OURS rather than just mine. He also doesn't like most of my art. Even if we disagree I think we can handle having something on the wall that one of us isn't crazy about for two or three months at a time. Reply Totally awesome! I signed up after reading this post a few weeks ago. We received our first print in the mail last week and are quite pleased! Totally worth the $10 a month! 😀 Reply Join the conversation Cancel Reply Your email address will not be published.
