  1. I do this every year! I have been working on my “collection” for the past few years and it’s really fun and cost-effective. I have skeleton hand towels, spooky bat dishtowels… the list goes on! I plan on doing a post-Halloween home decor spree on Monday. I saw a spooky lantern that I think will be perfect for ambient light during garden parties in the summer.

  2. I went and cleaned out my local pottery barn of all thier holloween leftovers at like 90 percent off last night. spent 118 saved over 300. watch and learn people! the lady was so cute, she asked me if i was having a party at the last minute and I looked at her and said “no sweetie, this is just what my house looks like all the time” big smile. so. worth it.

  3. I just went to Target and Walmart and got a few goodies 🙂 Including awesome skull lights to decorate with I think I like half-off-day more than Halloween!

  4. My old apartment’s color was red, so I used to raid the after Valentine’s day sale for red home goods. Now that my place is orange, I make Halloween AND Thanksgiving sales mah bitch.

  5. I work at Williams-Sonoma, and all of their Halloween stuff is WAY marked down (bringing it into the realm of affordable). There are lots of really cool linens this year and things like snake and skull bottle stoppers.

They usually have a lot more stock online, especially if you have a store that is smaller or none by you.
