You can make them ahead of time and store them in your cooler, or pack the ingredients separately and assemble them when you're ready to eat. Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Servings: 6 Burritos Ingredients: Meat 1/2 lb ground lamb 1/2 lb ground beef 1 tsp garlic salt Tzatiki Sauce 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt 1/2 cup sour cream 1/3 cup mayonaise 1 tbsp dill 1 clove garlic 1 tsp salt Tortilla 2 tomatoes chopped 1 onion diced To make the meat: Mix a half pound of ground lamb and a half pound of ground beef. Add a tablespoon of garlic salt. Cook in a pan on medium heat until the meat is fully cooked. To make the tzatiki sauce: Mix the sour cream, greek yogurt and mayo in a bowl. Add half a grated large cucumber, one clove of garlic and 1 1/2 tablespoon of dill and 1 tablespoon of garlic salt. Then add the tzatiki and meat to a tortilla and garnish with your favorite toppings like onion, tomato and lettuce.
