I’ve done this in my bedroom. Makes keeping necklaces tangle-free much easier. And, bonus!, it works as a decorative art piece too. I get compliments on how nice it looks whenever a friend sees it.
I do this! Though I use cheap bygel hooks and rails from Ikea.

I started out just copying this idea. But then in the process, transformed our boring, main floor, half bathroom into my own “getting ready” bathroom. All my make-up, jewelry, hair stuff and whatnots are now in that bathroom instead of taking up space in our tiny full bathroom. Thanks for the inspiration!
I love thi idea! I use a corkboard with tacks to hang earrings and had put cup hooks attatched to the bottom to hang necklaces from. I also do this with my scarves in my entryway I pick out a pretty curtain rod and some clear round show curtain hooks and instant scraf display.
