Well you, my kinky wonderful Homies, are in luck: because now you can do BOTH at the same time with the Love Is Art Kit! Yes, that's a big-ass canvass that's been created by… um… your ass? Maybe your legs? Perhaps a boob or two? Aw let's not get sheepish here — you create this art by gettin' busy. And while yes, you could TOTALLY make this art yourself with your own supplies, this kit wraps it all up nicely for gifting, or for those of us who are just too lazy to go collect all the supplies. Okay, want to see more of the most subtly sexual wall art ever, along with some hilarious/kinky/awesome reviews with some wonderful ideas? Check out these happy customer comments: I gave this to my boyfriend in parts — first day the booties, next day the scrubby, next day plastic, next day the canvas, next day the paint — all with the labels taken off so he had no idea what it was. Then on his birthday, our two year anniversary, I gave him the directions… Related Post Use a bottlecap as a paint palette for small art projects Amy Watkins (of dresser-turned-planter fame) submitted this great idea to our Flickr pool... We loved it we put the paint on in four different spots in the shape of hearts and it turned out amazing! I love it, best of all is when we have people over and they look at the painting and ask were it's from and we look at each other and smile and say "garage sale" hahah its out inside joke that will never end… I love it! -sml1478 I bought this for our 15 year anniversary! It was the perfect gift. He wanted to skip dinner and make the art right when he opened it. The only thing I recommend is to warm the paint somehow… not sure what that means, but it was COLD! -UT I bought this for my husband and I for our one year wedding anniversary. We had so much fun getting "dirty" and rolling around in the paint. It was even more fun to wash it off each other after we were finished. 😉 We both love all kinds of art, so this was really unique because we made our own piece together. We used the paint to make one giant heart on the canvas, and two small hearts on the sides. It turned out looking like one big abstract heart. We love it and can't wait to hang it over our bed. I would reccomend showering immediately after and then cleaning your shower right away. -TurnthePaige You can head over to Amazon to see what we're all talking about. Good times, friends. Good times. Great idea 😀 2 agree Reply Our bedroom art is all sexy – the ubiquitous Klimt "kiss", a Japanese print of lovers blown up from a postcard bought at the Albert & Victoria museum, and the poster art from a 1920's production of Twelfth Night that my husband directed. This would make a great addition! 2 agree Reply I should clarify: a production of Twelfth Night SET in the 1920's. I am not married to a 150 year old theatre director. 38 agree Reply My roommates and I did this in college (minus the sex part). We got naked together and laid out huge sheets of butcher paper on our kitchen floor and made "paintings" to decorate our apartment. Fun and silliness. Sounds even more fun this way. 2 agree Reply It'd be interesting to do this with two different paints. Maybe a grey canvas with white and black paint? 5 agree Reply I was thinking the same thing. Maybe it's less subtle with two colors? But I bet it would look AWESOME. 5 agree Reply I'm wondering what is in the paint? I'd be scared of having an allergic reaction to it or something. 2 agree Reply I'd have to think it's acrylic. The site describes it as: "Paint is non-toxic, washable, safe to get in hair. Comes out with thorough cleaning." As far as I know, allergies to black acrylic paint are pretty rare (reds and whites are more common.) 2 agree Reply Might be some sort of reaction with condoms, though, so watch out for that. Reply Acrylic paint is NOT washable! Maybe it's tempera paint? 3 agree Reply You could always do a patch test a day or two before you make the actual painting 🙂 Maybe you could find a similar paint in an art store and patch test that first so that you don't drop the $60 only to find out that you can't use it. 2 agree Reply We did this several years ago… it's hot. :o) 1 agrees Reply Anyone else reminding of the bit in Better Than Chocolate where they paint each other and roll around on a sheet? 7 agree Reply this looks like a blast! especially a nice twist on the traditional "paper" 1 year anniversary…. 11 agree Reply Or, since it's canvas, the second year "cotton" anniversary. 🙂 Either one! 1 agrees Reply Oh my gosh! This is so cool! We even need a great piece of art work to go in our bedroom… "Oh, wifey…" 1 agrees Reply I got this exact kit for me and my future husband a year ago. We finally got around to actually making the painting last month. I have no idea why we waited so long to do it. It was so much fun. The paint dries pretty quickly and it took a quite a bit of time and a lot of scrubbing to get it off, but that was part of the fun. We were both in "O.M.G this better be the last of it" mode towards the end (mostly because we were running out of hot water). I didn't scrub down the shower/tub for a few days after and it came off no problem. I need an excuse to do this again! Maybe on our honeymoon or something? 1 agrees Reply Totally getting this for our two year anniversary! Our 1 year is just a few days away, but so is my due date for our baby, so this year might not be the best time. 🙂 2 agree Reply Amazing idea! LOOOOVE! I am an artist, and I hope the when we get married I can talk my honey into doing this with me! He may take a tiny bit of convincing… lol Reply My wedding anniversary is coming up in… 3 weeks! This would be a great surprise gift. 😀 I also like the suggestions by Amazon for add-on items: fancy scented candle, and Crayola paints in other colors. 1 agrees Reply Definitely one of the more, um, unique and awesome anniversary gifts. Second anniversary is cloth, right? 😉 Reply This. Is. Awesome. MUST BUY!!! Reply Join the conversation Cancel Reply Your email address will not be published.
