I love child photography that feels like it capture both the spirit of the kiddo, as well as their environment. In this case, it’s springtime in Seattle, and local photographer Naomi Sheikin captured these shots of Cedar — the son of Julia, who wrote about her tattoo stretching during pregnancy.

Love that last one… it gets harder and harder to catch the essence of the kid in photographs as they get older and conscious of the camera. These are fantastic!
