One of my favorite things about the comments on all our Empire sites is that you never know where they’re going to take you. Out of the comments on our business-related site came a throw-away mention of a giraffe-themed bathroom. To which someone else replied that that was something they’d like to see. To which I replied “CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!”

That is adorable but it would totally freak my husband out. Took him long enough to adjust to my owl shower curtain staring at him while using the toilet.

I love designing bathrooms IRL, I love it even MORE doing it virtually because no money is spent. What I’m saying is: Bring on the bathroom theme challenges!

No, sorry, I never thought to take pictures of it. None of the items are still available (at least not from Amazon and Target). I’ll let you know if I track them down elsewhere!
I had no idea it was even possible to spend $89 on a shower curtain! Otherwise I love this theme and can’t wait to see more! My kitchen is star wars themed. I need a bathroom theme that compliments Star Wars without making my house seem too overly themed. Ideas?
What about plain stars or astronomy? Or other sci-fi franchises you like? I love the idea of having a theme for each part of the house!
I’m thinking robots, or mythical creatures would be a nice complement to Star Wars. Or maybe some sexy photos of Harrison Ford….

THANK YOU! The bathroom in our house, which is on the small side, had no good place to put the toilet paper, other than a shelf awkwardly above the toilet. Enter: GIRAFFE NECK.
