A good picture framer would be able to frame and hang that painting – though the framing would cost more than the picture is worth. The binder clips are a pretty cool idea though. I never would have thought of that.
Binder clips come in a number of sizes, colors and materials–so even if the black ones pictured don’t work for your home, there are a lot of options that can complement your picture and overall decor.
Every house should have a giant portrait of Divine, just sayin’.
