I’m not really quite sure what this is, but it’s called “Screw” and it’s for kids, so that’s pretty cool.
Personally, I think it looks like something a kid could really get hurt playing with, but it appears that these crazy looking toys are in fact, children’s furniture… and also toys.
They were created by Maria Vang, an architect and designer, with the goal of helping children with their motor and logical skills, as well as teach them about math. I like ’em because I like cool looking furniture and bright colors.
Plus it enables me to say this… Now you too can help your kid Screw their way to getting better grades in math!
It looks cool, but the overprotective mommy in me cringes at the sight of the back of that chair on the left. My first child probably wouldn't have made it past being a toddler if I had that in his room!
