We decided to go to New Zealand, partially as this was Matt's first trip overseas (and New Zealand is one of Australia's closest neighbours), partially due to The Lord of the Rings. And finally we chose New Zealand because we wanted to try to keep the costs down, while having as much luxury as we could afford.
Our home is full of comic art commissions and prints that we've collected at various comic cons over the years. We're also fond of physical media, so have a ton of books, CDs, vinyl, and movies. I love colour and mixing patterns. We're both giant kids, collecting toys and figurines, Legos, and more.

Here's the deal: I don't celebrate Valentine's Day, but I do love to tell people that I love them. I saw a Christmas card last year that had an AT-AT with reindeer antlers that said "Merry Force Be With You" and I thought that would be awesome in my yard, and then thought about adding the sleigh and tauntaun reindeer from there. Here's how we made all of this ourselves…
