While I'm super secure in my gender identity, I came out of growing up an only child/daddy's girl as an irrepressible tomboy. Maybe because it was our first anniversary as married humans or because I can be a sour puss, but Mike, with his ultimate optimism when it comes to us, reassured me it would be fun. Our house was so well-known that I was once informed of my own party by strangers. You can bet I have ideas about surviving a party house.
