The best combined birthday and holiday/anniversary gifts #Shopping#anniversaries#birthdays#gift guides#gifts August 5 | Megan Finley Horowitz meggyfin My wife and I share the same birthday. It is also our wedding anniversary. I'm trying to to find a unique gift that combines her birthday and anniversary, but it is near impossible to find anything. I was wondering if anybody had any ideas? The thing about combined gifts is this: They better be fucking awesome and super-symbolic. Because you're not just saying one thing, you're saying a lot of things at once. So here are my favorite symbolic gifts that'll work for combined birthdays and holidays, or anniversaries, or just general gift-inspiration awesomeness! Three Nights Wine Box Grab three special bottles of wine — their favorite, your favorite, your combined favorite — and then for this year, you drink their favorite (happy birthday, babe!). Next year you drink your favorite (happy birthday, me!). The third year you drink your combined favorite (happy anniversary!). And repeat. Personalized Wedding and Anniversary Pushpin Map This is one of my favorite ideas… Get this Personalized Wedding and Anniversary Pushpin Map, with your names and your special date, then, over the years, you can mark all your travels together. I'm doing this with a scratch off map at home, and we love it! The Personalized Anniversary Journal Start a new tradition with a Personalized Anniversary Journal — every year you write down things like what you did that year, your favorite places to eat, memorable moments, and save photos inside of it. And then it becomes this awesome book about your life together, documented by The One Date To Rule Them All. Personalized Songbird Vase Two initials, two birdies, one date. This Personalized Songbird Vase is a sweet symbol of your special combined birtholidate that can live on your dining table. Fill it with flowers every time you want to say a quick and pretty "I love you." Personalized Hearts Four-Across Game Any gamers in the house? How perfect is this Personalized Hearts Four-Across Game!? More like "Connect Four-ever," am I right!? Personalized Porcelain Faux Bois Mug Set When I was little, we had this You Are Special Today plate and mug set. It really did make me feel special. What if you had your own special mug set for every day that commemorates your collective best special day? Anyone else celebrate combined birthday and holiday or anniversary? Well done! 2 agree Reply An anniversary sundial is a good idea, it is a clock that tells time using the sun. We have one that sits on the window sill and makes rainbows in the room when the sun shines. It was handmade just for us with a special date line that the time shadow follows on our anniversary day each year, and there is a mark on that line that the shadow touches at the actual moment of our ceremony. We also added lines for our birthdays on there too. We’ve had it for several years and it works great – I think it is one of the best wedding or anniversary gifts that I have ever heard of! 1 agrees Reply email@example.com 1 agrees Reply Hi there, thanks for sharing this and this really work. On my last wedding anniversary I gave a surprise to my husband a custom hand stamped jewelry with a lovely thought on it and thanks a lot to my friend who suggested me http://annbijoux.com for latest design and make our day memorable.
